I have grade 3 internal hemroids and outer skin tags; my doctor is suggesting PPH surgery. I have researched and learned that grade 3 hemmroids can be treated with rubber band ligation. I would love to hear anyones' experiences with this...pain level...complications....recovery time?

I just had hemorrhoids surgery in another country about 4 weeks ago, now the purple powder they gave me to bash after i use the bathroom is finished, just wondering are there anything similar to that i can get in the States or any alternative creme or powder that i can use?
