How to prevent hemroids?

Answered by a doctor

My mother got hemroids a long time ago. I knew it was hard, especially because that was clotted hemroids. She told me they are extremely painful. She needed more then 3 weeks of treatment to completely calm down. I don’t want to have the same problem so I would like to know how to prevent it?
