Whenever i release my stool, i see 1-3 drops of blood in the toilet. I checked my anus once and when i was checking it i saw the bleeding and it seems that there is a cut near the opening. i need your opinion on anal fissures and how i can treat it? thanks

what should i eat and drink to make my stool soft

i just had hemorrhoidectomy 19 days ago am on hi fiber cereal 3 bananas a day 3 prunes a day plus 3 serving a Metamucil. my problem is i go to the toilet 3 times a day plus the stool is still solid and just wont drop out until a while. any suggestions?
