Lump between buttocks, it has a few black spots and some liquid in them

NOrmally i wouldnt post here or ask any kinds of questions as i occasionally get pimples in that area after camping, but it has a few black spots and seems to have liquid contained in it. Does anyone know what this might be and if i should be going to the doctors about this?
