Is Medicine needed for part of internal organ that is bleeding?

In general, do we need to take/put medicine (at the source of the bleeding, e.g. at anus) when we know that in a certain day there is blood in our stool? I just worry/think that the internal bleeding part if in the dirty condition (e.g bleeding at anus), if we do not take care of it, can cause...

hemmerhoids won't quit burning

The Bowel movements aren't too painful but about an hour later the burning starts and doesn't quit for hours. I have been having the burning for two months or so, Is it normal to be this way or should I be concerned. Thank you \ Dwight Husby
