Thd surgery, I have still problem while passing stools

I had done Thd surgery one month ago but I have still problem while passing stools and after stools passes I'm getting Swollen above my anus one side I had called my surgeon he said It can be examine after 3 moths now I'm waiting after three months will visit to doc !!

external hemorrhoid for about 2 years, I don't feel any pain

So I have had what I believe to be an external hemroid for about 2 years. Not really any pain or displeasure its just kind of there. Its a little bigger than a piece of corn. Should I band it myself. I don't have the funds to see a doctor about it unless they will do it in the emergency room.
