I have a lump on my anus, I can't use the bathroom because it hurts

I have a lump right on the hole. I can't use the bathroom and it hurts. What can it be it itches some times. But I have only had it for 2 days. And I don't really feel comfortable with going to see a doctor for it what can I do about it here at home??
