I had the Hemorrhoid surgery approx. four weeks ago. i am now back to work , but i have to go to the loo two to three times and when i need to go , i have to run also the first stool will have bleeding ( blood ) . is this normal or will it go away over time .

Small lump right outside of my bottom

After i relieved myself i got into the shower and as i was scrubbing myself i felt a small bump outside of my arse. This has happened before and i wasnt too concerned because it went away but now its back and i'm very concerned. Can someone please explain why this is here?
