Hi , I am a 22 yr female and noticed a pink lump on the anus but it only comes out right after sh**ting because of the pressure and then it I can feel it going inside and I cannot see it. I had bleeding once but it never bleed after that as well it is only during sh**ting I felt a minor pain but I am not sure whether it is because of the lump or hard stool. Can it be cancer or something serious?
