I have had anal fiisures for the last few weeks. I have tried several different creams such as zinc oxid and OTC hemmorrhoid creams but nothing seems to help. Does anyone have any ideas how to cure this problem

It has been 4 months since I had a Hemorrhoidectomy. Now I can't control passing gas and I am more incontinent. Is this normal? My surgeon recommended physical therapy to tighten my rectal, pelvic...etc. muscles. I am only 63, very health and active. I feel like an old fart!

I am 5 days post-op from the THD surgery.  I feel much better than I expected, but experiencing a lot of pain/issues urinating which are relieved by urinating in the shower or bath per other suggestions here.  My question is that I've had 3 BMs since the surgery and all of them look like spagetti...
