Foot still hurts 2 months after injury

This will probably sound werid , but I hit my foot on a wall and it really hurt so after a week I went to hospital and had an xray, but they said it was nothing, its been about 2 months and I've tried to leave it but it still hurts. ( this is one my big toe)

Arm injury and tetanus vaccination five years ago
