Arm injury and tetanus vaccination five years ago

Can you give me some info? I have sustained an arm injury yesterday, and there is a big scratch in the elbow area. It bled a little but it is fine now. I have done the tetanus vaccination five years ago and I would like to know if I should do that again because of this injury.
