How to relief pain from clavicle fracture?

I hurt my shoulder yesterday while I was playing football with my school friends. My doctor told me that I have a clavicle fracture. Now I wear sling but still I feel very strong pain. Please, somebody with this kind of experience tell me how to relief pain from clavicle fracture? Thanks!

Is my sternum bruised or fractured??

The other day I fell off a dirt bike and landed with my chest on the handle of the dislike. It immediately hurt. I slept it off but kept waking up in pain if I lay on either side. It is bruised and now hurts to walk laugh breathe jump or move my arms. Is it just bruised or fractured?
