I had gotten ACL surgery done a whole year ago. I am getting pain in my knee but not able to point out with my finger. I went for a follow up appointment and my doctor says that it might be tendonitis. Could that be the case?

dropped 5lb on foor...extremely swollen but no break what could i of done?!?
