Hi I'm 18 getting a sharp pain sensation in my lower abdomin after bowel movement lasts for about 30-45 mins. I've been feeling light headed and weak all the time & having sharp pains in my chest, checked my blood pressure and it's normal. Should I go to my gp?

my wife is not able to have bowel movement, when she eats she throws up
