Can someone tell me what this is? I have these little, smooth, transparent, yellow oval things with what looks like thin, tiny tails on one side in my stool. I find these often almost every time I have a bowel movement and I'll go anywhere from every other day to twice a day. Just depends what I eat and how much usually. Sometimes there is a small amount of blood towards the end of a movement. I already gave a stool sample to my physician for testing but the waiting is so irritating!

Some people thought it looked like it was from a grapefruit or an orange or something but I havent eaten anything like them in a long while.
