blood in my stool

For the pasted 4 days I've been drinking alot of water, 1 liter a day something that I'm not use to. Today I notice I thought I had diahrear and I did, but my stool was bloody. I have no pains or anywhere in body. Just notice my stool had bright red blood in it.
