I have been experiencing un-pleasant sensations and stings coming from my gastro area but also from my lower back. I also sometimes get an unpleasant minor doscomfort in my rear , reminds me of when im constipated but its becoming more frequent. I have had a gastroscopy from mouth in the small bowel and also a small bowel mri and both have showed nothing. On the mri my kidneys where and liver where of good size and my blood tests came back fine besides having a slightly high sugar rating but not dangerously high.

My energy levels vary day to day and sometimes i find myself feeling to weak to leave the house but on others I am much better. I have changed my diet to a less fatty one as in the past my eating habits where very bad. I also am seeing myself not urinating frequently and have noticed my skin on my arms go very dry recently

 

Can anybody give me some directions as my Doctor and Gastroenterologist seem to be having difficulty in diagnosing me.
