Riding a bicycle after fissures surgery

I want to ride my bicycle but I have had fissures surgery about 4 months ago. My husband said it is not recommended but I still want the exercise and I love my bicycle riding. What are your views. daniele robbins

I have diverticulosis & have been told to stay away from nuts, seeds etc. When they say seeds, do they include seeds in tomatoes, seedless watermelon & very small seeds in baby cucumbers?

My childs bowel movement was mint green in colour, what is he missing in his diet?

My 5 year old son had 2 or 3 bowel movements that were minty green in colour. They were solid but still off colour. Could he be missing something in his diet or is he not getting enough of something?
