Hi All,

As the title suggests, I have been suffering with constipation. This is mainly due to pregnancy but, now that I have had my Daughter and been able to sort my constipation problem out, I thought I would share some advice I have gathered. This site is a great information source! I found Wikipedia a great source too, plus the NHS direct health line.
