nausea and swollen stomach

I have been suffering from constant nausea for the last 4 weeks. No vomiting. My stomach is also getting larger. My health issues are high blood pressure : controlled with medication, along with a thickened heart muscles. Pleas tell me what might I need to do to remedy this stomach situation.

Dear sir/ madam: We have recently noticed a small mass coming out of the anus of my seven year old son. When I took him to doctors for check up, they have recommended cygmydoscopy, and the surgeon will cut off that polips. The mass coming out of the anus is somewhat red. I am not a medical person....
