can't make bowel movement

hey new to this and really need some help, I've been feeling constipated but I have been able to go toilet small amounts, I feel the urge to push and go loo but nothing there.. I've tried movicol and skenkot. also fybogel, still nothing is there anything else I can take

red blood in stool with diareaha for a month,blood and stool samples from dr. visit came back normal

started having bloody stools 4-8 x per.day a month ago. blood and stool samples show normal. had open heart surgery triple bypass 8 weeks before this all started happening. only taking lipitor and 325 mg. asprian 1x per/day . what next??
