cramping, diarrhea, and bright red blood from rectum

For about two days I've had really bad cramping in my lower abdomen, followed by diarrhea and lots of blood. I am really scared it could be cancer. I just wanted to know if anyone else had these symptoms and was diagnosed with something other than colon cancer.

hi iam 50y male, on eating most of foods that not heated or bioled well i get( with in mints) sevre offensive loss stool, sever abdominal pain, unless i take flagyl or ciprofloxacin i may had fever also, also this can happened with milk or chees, water should be bioled first before use it, in spite...

Colonscopy

I have been having diarrhea, and a lot of thin stools. My diarrhea is basically in the mornig and about once a week. About 3 1/2 years ago, I had a colonscopy which was normal except for internal hemmorrhoids. Should I be concern? Thank You
