I have severe constipation, perhaps due to methadone. Nothing helps.

Whoever gets this please try to help me. I have severe constipation. I have and still are taking laxatives, enemas, powders, fiber, drinking lots of water to try to go. I only can go about three times a month. Im currently on methadone, which is a big reason.. what do i do

Rectal pressure/tailbone pain/cramping
