Since having a hysterectomy, I have had bowel movements the shape of balls approximately 1" or so in diameter. They are easy to pass and have very little odor. Could you tell me what causes this?

Anal smell, very very distracting.

So, i am a fourteen year old guy, and suffer from this "anal smell" almost daily.  i take a shower every morning, but it seems like this smell dosent care, and still pops up during the day.  Now, it is not fun being told you smell, espescially when you know you take showers, use deodarants, etc....

Does short-gut syndrome include having no large bowel and an ileostomy also?
