Hey! So, i have been constipated and I go some All Natural "Fiber Smart" Fiber and i had it today and i mixed it with water and it was TERRIBLE. Can i mix it with Chocolate Milk or something to make it taste better?  Replys would be nice.:-D

Seeing food in my bowel movements

Today I have had 5 bowel movements ... 2 out of the 5 I have been able to see food in it... Like today not to be gross or anything but I had chicken tacos with cilantro and onion in it.
