Hi does anyone have any idea what is going on with me at the moment? Everytime i go to the toilet to pass a stool i have extreme pain and a tearing feeling also quite heavy bleeding from the anus. I have actually noticed that blood is not mixed with stool but its on the outerside of it..it seems that there is some thing wrong at the passage . I have been to see the doctor who has informed me that there are no 'piles' there...he had checked my anus carefully and told me that there is some wound like thing at the exit (from where stool comes)passage of my anus! So what on earth is going on..... I have had this intense pain and bleeding when passing a stool for just over two weeks now. I had this problem earlier also some months back but doctor gave me some ointment which i used inside the anus by inserting it and it got cured but again it has started pestering me and it is not getting any easyer. Is that something serious going on with me. can anyone suggest.
