Pop and relief sensation after holding urine for a long period of time

I had a pop sound and a relief sensation on my left lower half of my abdomin after holding a refusing to urinate while I wasdriving. What may have happened? I currently have discomfort slight pain that comes and goes on the left side of my abdomin and diwn to the mid-upper section of my left leg.

Can anyone that has had a TotalColectomy, tell me what the worst part of their hospital stay was?

I think some changes should be made when a patient has had a Total Colectomy.  I have an idea, but I would love if you would share with me what your experience was. I think my idea would make anyone who has this surgery in the future feel more comfortable during their hospital stay.

Umbilical hernia and bad surgery

I hax umbilical surgery in july last year. My stomach has been growing andcan no lonver wear my clothes. Have had all tests found nothing, but i have a strong feeling it was bad surgery. Anyone have this problem?
