Watery, brown liquid poops, no blood/pain but gas...

For at least a year, I've been pooping water, brown and no blood/pain. I also have a lot of gas when I lie down which isn't pleasant either..sometimes 4-6 BM a day and very little solid..usually just water. It's hard to know if its going to be "just gas" or water gushing out..scared so please help!

Rectum bleeding in teenage girl

My daughter who is one-month shy of her 15th birthday, has had light bleeding from her rectum. It doesn't run out, just when she wipes. She has also been having cramps in her upper stomach. Other than that, no other pain or diarrhea. Note: she has not started her mentrual cycle yet.

i went to the toilet and there is blood from my anus

i just went to the toilet and i wiped my anus and there was blood, i wiped again but there was nothing. there was no blood from my vagina and i guess im kinda due to get my periods but there was blood just once. whats happening?

Suffering from chronic constipation. Nothing is helping.

I am so constipated, nothing is working. Have taken Lactulose 30ml for 3 days and still nothing. Will a Fleet Enema help. I am bloated and uncomfortable. Have not had a motion for 3 weeks despite taking the Lactulose and caster oil twice this week. Help please
