painful lump behind left ear

Hi I have a very painful small lump behind my left ear. Unable to sleep on that side. Have been to GP and have been prescribed antibiotics and pain killers. Heat pack helps a little. Recently had a head cold, with sore throat.

suffering from this weird pain ,on my lower right waist.had to hurried back home, from my vacation ,to get my self tested and in the ER they found that my lypmh nodes were swollen. in the mean time worrying and waiting for the doctor;s appointment.

My neck has been swollen for about a month on the right side. It causes vertigo and can be quite painful sometimes. I had an ultrasound performed last week and the results state that yes it's swollen but benign. How can they tell that by doing such an examination?

infected lymph gland groin

Can you please tell me what medical conditions have swollen groin as a symptom? I suspect that it is infected lymph gland, but I am not sure. I remember when my friend had gonorrhea that he had similar symptom.

I need help with my child!!! She gets swollen glands under her chin and underarms every 3-6 mnths and they last from 3 weeks to up to 3 months to go down. She runs a slight fever and gets very cranky. They swell sometimes to the size of a quarter and are very painfull!!
