swollen lymph in my lower abdomen around the hip flexor

I went to the doc, I have a swollen lymph in my lower abdomen around the hip flexor. Could it be from a hand lotion that i used when master baiting? I havent used the lotion before. The doc also got me to do some blood tests for any stis but im still waiting on it. Its just a lymph.
