Well yesterday after some exercise at school we were doing fitness and insanity workout then basically I noticed a lump on the back right on my head and I'm not quite sure what it is also After I went to sleep and woke up I felt a little lump on my neck and I think the one one my head has gotten smaller any idea what this is?
