Hi All, I wondered if you could help. This morning I found a pea sized lump in the left hand side of my neck, just above my collar bone. I noticed the lump as my neck feels quite painful, but I went to quite an intense Ashtanga yoga class last night (which I dont normally do) so I am wondering if I could have pulled a muscle maybe...

 

It might be worth noting, I had a lymphic drainage massage 2 weeks ago, which could be something to do with it. I do also sometimes get sore armpits, but I wasn't sure whether this was from shaving. Sorry, I am freaking out as you can imagine, as from what I am reading, lumps in this area are not normally good...

Also; no weight loss/ nightsweats or backache and I am 31 years old.
