So I’m 14 years old and all my friends have clearly hit puberty before me. I’m about 2 1/5 inches when flaccid and 5 inches when erect.  It’s also only 1 inch wide? Am I too small?

I turned 14 three months ago but can’t ejaculate for the life of me. Is something wrong?
