Hi I’m 14 1/2 and I still haven’t hit puberty.  I have little white hairs on my penis and have no hair in other places. I’m still 5’3 and my voice is high pitched. My penis isn’t large nor my balls but I can ejaculate a little bit of sperm that is white. How long do I have to wait... it’s very hard when others around you are taller than you and they don’t sound and look like a 12 year old. Any advice?
