I'm 13.5 and I'm in stage 3.5 in puberty. My penis has grown quite a bit in length and width and I can ejaculate. However I am only 2.5 inches. Will I grow more and how much more approximately will I grow?

I am 14 and I can ejaculate and make sperm, I have some facial hair and no sign of armpit hair, I would say I have a medium amount of pubic hair, I feel like my penis isn't growing at the right pace, I wonder if it is healthy and safe for me to keep ejaculating beause for some reason I feel lime it...
