brown skin from the shaft of my penis all the way to the head, can it be a birth mark?

I'm only 18 virgin but around my penis starting from the shaft up to only 1/2 of an inch from the head my penis is brown after that it's white again and right at the end of the browness it's very dark is this a birth mark or what ik it won't ever kill me or anything but what is it

I am 14, my Penis Has Not Grown

I'm 14, I have mild hair under my armpits, and on my balls but I still cannot ejaculate, my dick hasn't grown, and my voice hasn't changed. Is this normal at all or what because it really sucks when you're in the locker room and you obviously don't have a bulge at all.
