Hey there your penis normal size for your age. To answer if you are in puberty I need some more info. Do you have any pubic hair ? How big are your testicles? Do you have any armpit hair or leg hair ? Has your voice gotten lower ?

I have pubic hair, my balls are medium I guess,I have a little armpit hair and medium amount of leg hair, my voice is also a little lower
