just need a help for my problem. cus past some days now I have experience he'll with this itches rash on my body. but red scaly itching on my penis ,balls and within my legs . don't just know the caused . I never sleep in the night due to it itching at night. please what medications can I use....

I keep getting a normal sized lump in my pubic area above my penis, it's goes and the comes back every so often, always roughly in the same place, doesn't hurt its just a red lump that can't pop atall, wondering how to permanently get it to go, Thanks.
