I have a painful lump which is pink in color and slightly purple to its corner..it is between my scrotum and anal...It causes pain when I'm walking,sitting...I'm worried about this!

I am 21 m.. it has been 2 years since i m able to retract my foreskin.. ever since then i  can see white glans of mine..i dont know if it is a layer or glan itself but it is whitish and some reddish in between..glans sensitivity is still high as i dont touch it much.. only through water...sure...
