I am well aware puberty takes quite a few years and that everybody is different, however, my voice changed quickly, I grew pretty early on, and I developed facial hairs and pubic hairs before I was 15....

STI or STD or something else after unprotected intercourse? I see white markings on genitals

I recently had unprotected sex both anal and vaginal sex. I recently discovered white markings on the tip of my penis and burning sensation when peeing. Also theres a little bit of yellow substance discharging from my penis. Is this and STI or STD? Do i need to get this checked out?
