There are some stains that look like dried up semen on my boxers

Got lint from my boxers, is sticking to my penis head near pee hole. If i lool at my boxers i see stains that look like dried up semen. I Have minor redness and irrational. Should i be concerned for an std or is some sort of yeast infection ??
