In the pubic region just a few inches above my penis, a tunnel was formed with dry pus and decomposed pubic hair with blackish red tips on both sides. However, a few days ago, I was advised by my doctor to compress with hot salt water and push out the pus. And a dark insect like substance came out with black body and a white tail, soft to touch, it looks like a dead insect with indistinct head and limb features. A distinct tunnel is created between the endothilial and epithilial skin layers and the tunnel runs from one end to another (approximately 4-5mm apart). The white pus continues to come out even after 15 days of the excavation of the pus material. Althought it never pained. I was under heavy antibiotic medication for fever and dental infection, so my doctor avoided writing any further antibiotics in the prescription. Please help find a solution.
