I'm 17 and my penis is about 2.5 inches flaccid and 4.8 hard, I am a late bloomer and have had pubic hair for around a year and just very recently starting getting armpit hair, im 5'9 140 pounds, is my penis done growing and i'm just going to live with a small penis for the rest of my life?
