I feel very sad because I'm 13 and my penis is only like 2.5 inches long HARD.I just feel jealous of everyone bigger then me, and I just get so upset. I had psoriasis on the back of my legs which is now gone, but the psoriasis moved next to my penis and testicles. I still have the steroid cream and I want to know if it will be ok to use it next to my penis and testis or should i try somethin else?
