im 13 yaers old and im the only boy in my grade who has hit puberty and don with it i have a 16 centimeter dick when erected they have a 3, 5 centimeter dick and when erected 6 or 7 centimeters

I have hit puberty and my penis isn't growing but I feel the urge to masterbate. I'm not producing sperm yet either. When should I expect growth in my penis size and when should I start producing sperm??? Also how do I masterbate if my penis is too small to use my whole hand?
