Chronic anal itching, mostly at night

My nipple hurts when i touch it... Why ??

I am 15 years old boy and the problem is that when i touch my left nipple softly, i feel little pain in it. The pain is very light and easily tolerable. The nipple is also getting pushed in inside my body and the color of it's surroundings is light brownish as compared to that of the left one....
