Is There a perfect or recommended medical treatment on how to make our penis longer?

I am already late 30's and I still don't have a girlfriend. I am very conscious of having an affair with girls because I feel my penis is shorter that the average size. Ive been reading some post about devices and other pills that would  help it grow but Im still not convinced about it.
