15 turning 16 in a month, having small penis. is there still a chance it will grow?

Hi I'm 15 years old and I turn 16 in a month. I have pubic hair , facial hair, armpit hair, leg hair , and pimples. But for as long as I can remember even before puberty my penis has been the same size, which I think is about 4 1/2 inches. Now I'm really starting to worry Its not gonna grow at all....

So im 13 and a half im turning 14 in august im worried about my penis size. It's about 3 inches when flacid and 4 1/2 when erect. Compared to my friends they say theres is like 7 inches and some 6 inches will mine ever grow any more? Is it a right size for now?
