47 & going crazy!

treating heavy periods with herbs

I am almost 47 years old, and for the past 5 years, my periods have become super heavy. Heaviest days, I go thru the "extra" super plus tampons within 20 minutes. Within the past year, I can make it about 6 days after my 10 day periods, before I'm spotting until the next period....
