I am almost 47 years old, and for the past 5 years, my periods have become super heavy. Heaviest days, I go thru the "extra" super plus tampons within 20 minutes. Within the past year, I can make it about 6 days after my 10 day periods, before I'm spotting until the next period. Obviously this is ruining any social life, or sleep I may have wanted. I don't have health insurance, so going to the doctor is NOT an option for me. I want to treat with herbs. I recently bought "wombstringe" at the health food store, and have started take "vitex" capsules. Has anyone else dealt with herbs to treat heavy bleeding? I sure would like to know what else to do, or use. Has "wombstringe" worked for anyone else? Next period in 4 days...I sure hope this works, I'm so tired of bleeding all the time!
